• Admin can delete orders, set daily capacity, export Excel and CSV, and manage users. Admins always have Inventory: they see purchase rates and costs, set making costs, delete any entry and remove items and vendors.
• User can add and update orders, change status and download the PDF. Users do not see the total balance to collect. A user sees the Inventory tab only when the admin ticks Can use Inventory. Then they record Stock In, Stock Out, Wastage and Stock Check, add items and vendors, and set averages.
• Roles: Sales / Office and Accountant take orders and see clients and production. Designer, Printing, Fusing / Press, Cutting, Stitching master and Checking & packing see the Work tab: job details without prices, and a form to note what they did today.
• Target (monthly target, pieces made, order value) is for admins. A user sees the Target tab only when the admin ticks Can see Target. Only an admin can change the targets.

Passwords are saved scrambled (hashed), never as plain text. Each person logs in once a day on each phone or computer.
